Today, we saw an advertisement of a new Penang food restaurant at NUH Medical Centre (Circle line - Kent Ridge), we decided to have lunch over there. However, unfortunately, the restaurant is crowded and alot of people queuing for it. So, we ate at Ya Kun instead. I had Mee Rebus. Had never add any food at Ya Kun except for their Kaya toast before. The Mee Rebus is quite nice, it's quite spicy at the start, but slowly got used to the taste.
Yesterday, I was on the bus, and there was a young boy (primary school) with a Samsung tablet in his hands. His father is sitting beside him. He began to watch a Youtube video with the Samsung tablet. And guess what, it's Annoying Orange video. LOL!! And the Annoying Orange is singing the famous song "What does the fox says?". The lyrics had changed and title became "What does the sock says?". View the following link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J19z4VTCR9M if you are interested in watching the video. Lol. It was damned funny!!
(Earlier on, I was doing my homework. I was stuck at this phrase [nani ka ni tsuke]. The meaning that was written on the sheet of paper is [nani ka aru tabi ni]. Seriously, what does that mean? Totally 'question mark' above my head. So, I decided to search from the Internet. In the end, found out that the meaning is [one way or another]. I was trying to process the meaning, then I thought, isn't it the same as [anyway]? I really seldom use [one way or another]. Lol. Then I think, I better find some examples to really understand it. Then, I found this link, http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/leaf/jn2/164506/m0u/.)
(Examples from the link..)
('One way or another' feeling is shown on the face. Guess the situation is that the person don't have a definite answer to a question?)
(One way or another, I was taken care of by someone.)
(Oooo. I see, there are even such examples. I'm glad that I found the answer and Google is really the best.)
