(In everyday life, I think people often judge other people. Regardless of age or gender, judgement starts from outer appearance and from various areas. Whether judgement in court or everyday life is right or not, we judge using our experience which was learnt since the day of birth. As that experience differs from person to person, there are times where we think that the certain person's action is not right, there are also times that we think it is right.)
(Although being judged in everyday life is painful, if it's in law, it will be even be more painful, will it not? Frankly speaking, compared to death sentence, I think life sentence is a better way. Killing innocent people is a very sad story, it will turn into a unexpected situation which we don't what will happen next. However, as simply humans, with the fact that people who you loved and the people who loved you being killed, as it is natural not to hate it, in order to suppress the hate, death sentence is decided, isn't it?)
(With the technology advancement, already, it is going in the way that wrong judgement results are falling down. Using even the citizens' judgement in Japan's court, I also agree in this. Since related people of the criminal knows the whole situation well, compared to unrelated people, I believe they will do a better judgement. If only other countries adopt this system too, false accusation may even disappear, don't you think so?)
(From my teacher: 裁く is really judgement in court, and not the normal judgement.)
(My mistake! T_T)
