The surprising part is whereby the light will glow brighter when you call out with your voice. How I wish I can have it. Dinner Buffet at Oasia Hotel / Ippudo at Westgate / Wii Games and Strawberry Cheesecake!!

Went to Oasia Hotel at Novena for dinner buffet. It was a farewell to treat one of my colleague who has gone back to HQ. A number of my company's employees including me are outsourced to another company. The buffet doesn't have a lot of variety of food but I had fun eating snow crabs, scallops and prawns. The hotel is also quite convenient as it is very near to Novena station. ^_^ Also, thanks to Groupon that we manage to eat buffet at a hotel.

The following day, I met my church friends at Westgate, We went to McCafe for some drinks. I drank Matcha Latte which was pretty nice. They even had art on top of the cup of latte. Then, we went to Ippudo for ramen and gyoza. The soup was really delicious and did not make me feel sick after drinking a large amount of it. After dinner, I went one my friend's house for Wii Games and strawberry cheesecake!!

The cheesecake was really yummy. I intend to learn from my friend after I got my new flat in 2016 last quarter. As for the Wii Games, we competed each other over Cooking Mama and Brain Quiz. Lol. That was fun! We also played Mario and died numerous times in the game. Lol.

Girls JPop Concert Night Out!!

Lol! Me and 3 girls went for a JPop concert at Clarke Quay Fountain Stage yesterday.

Although I have never heard of these artists and that they are from Universal Music, Avex Trax etc, they did pretty awesome performances yesterday. Looking through the details of the event, one of my favourite bands SID came last year for this event. OMG!! How come I wasn't here last year.. Sad.. T_T

The artists from band "Cream" spoke perfect English and I think others would not have known that they are Japanese. Hmm, maybe they are mixed blood? I don't know about that. Their songs are pretty much like English song style. The female artist in the band only wear a sports bra and 3/4 tights. O_o I think it's a bad idea for a performance but a good idea as Singapore's really hot nowadays. I think I will just forget about the bad attire as I understand Singapore's extreme weather.

The artists from band "The Oral Cigarettes" don't have idol looks but they really performed and showed how much they enjoyed their music. The bass guitarist is really entertaining. He has been dancing throughout the whole performance while the others performed normally. He kept moving forward and backward, sometimes kicking his legs up, sometimes shuffling... I don't know how to describe.. It's indescribable that it turns out funny. My friends said his behaviour like my boyfriend. Lol. Guess my boyfriend is less serious when with friends and tend to fool around.

The last artist Naoto exceeded my expectations. Based on the commercial of him while he is talking or singing, he just seems a little sissy to me. He's like T.M.Revolution vocalist but T.M.R vocalist is much more gay. Lol!! But T.M.R has great music and I really like their music. When Naoto performed yesterday, I'm surprised that he wore a hat, long sleeve jacket and long pants. Singapore is so hot and yet he performed that way, that's quite professional. He even have male dancers with him. Amazed!! Then, I was reminded of May'N as she also has dancers when she performed. I did a research and found that both May'N and Naoto are from Universal Music. Lol. Then, it explains their similar performance style.

Overall, we enjoyed the concert. After that, we went to tcc for drinks. I had this Matsu-zuki Latte which is damned nice!! It even have azuki beans at the bottom of the drink. I think I will drink it again when I go to tcc again.

Lastly, I had post my latest Japanese composition (Regarding Aliens) to this blog under pages. Feel free to read!! ^_- I think my composition this time round was really bad as I have not much of ideas of what to write about aliens. I feel that I wrote a piece of crap. Lol!!!

Japanese Books Introduction / Tissue Flowers ~~~ / Line Play

I'm going to introduce these 2 good books for people who are learning Japanese. One of the books focus on the formality forms of Japanese language and another which has stories written in both Japanese and English for each respective story. Cool, right? ^_^

While I was looking for origami instructions on flowers for a friend's wedding, I came across a website on making beautiful flowers by using tissue paper. Here's sample picture of the flowers.

Interesting Story! 面白い話！ / Recent Anime 最近のアニメ

I read an interesting story by a blogger. Here it goes:

Legend has it that a Hindu saint who was visiting the Ganges River to take a bath found a group of family members on the banks, shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his disciples, smiled and asked: "Why do people in anger shout at each other?"

The disciples thought for a while before, one of them said: "Because we lose our calm, we shout."

"But, why should you shout when the other person is just opposite you? You can as well tell him what you have to say in a soft manner," said the saint.

The disciple gave some other answers but none satisfied the other disciples. Finally the saint explained.

"When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other to cover that great distance.

What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly, because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is either nonexistent or very small..."

The saint continued, "When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other."

He looked at his disciples and said: "So when you argue do not let your hearts get distant. Do not say words that distance each other more, Or else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return."

This really enlightened me. Whenever I am excited, I get carried away easily and tend to speak with a loud voice. In order to change my habit, I will remember this story in my heart.

Recent anime which I am watching is "Wizard Barristers: Benmashi Cecil" and "Black Bullet". "Wizard Barristers" is about lawyers who defend wizards in a court case. Such lawyers are needed as wizards are often discriminated in the show. As for "Black Bullet", it is about humans become monsters when infected by a virus from the monsters. Children born from infected humans are discriminated even though they have the power to destroy the monsters. Poor thing, those children.

最近のアニメは「ウィザード．バリスタース～弁魔士セシル」と「ブラック．ブレット」。「ウィザード．バリスタース」は魔法使い人を弁護する弁護士の話。魔法使い人が差別を受けた場合はよくある。そして、「ブラック．ブレット」は怪物の病毒から人間が怪物になる。感染した親たちの生まれた子供は怪物を殺す力があるけど、その子供たちは差別を受けた場合もよくある。かわいそうね、子供たち。

The Amazing Spiderman 2 Movie / Tampopo~~ / Line Play Fishing / Wedding ideas?

I had just watched The Amazing Spiderman 2 movie. It's not a bad show. But, I just don't like its ending. Lol. Heard from a friend that spiderman should be nerdy, but this time's spiderman is a little too sociable. Lol! What do you all think?

Anyway, recently, I went to Tampopo Japanese restaurant at  Ngee Ann City for dinner again. I had pork ribs with ramen. The pork ribs is flavory and crispy!! The ramen with the soup is superb. I think I don't have any regrets eating at Tampopo for the times I was there.

As for my wedding ideas, I got quite a number of ideas such as using sakura and/or star decorations. I am thinking of creating my own animation, ROM and wedding cards etc. Lol. Here's a super nice skirt that I like and I might be using this skirt for my sisters to wear. Hehe..

Anime: Aikatsu!! ~ New Season ~

OMG!! Ichigo has graduated from Starlight Middle School to Starlight High School! New uniform!! ^_^ Other than that, there is a new idol school called Dream Academy (DreAca) competing with Starlight. I'm so looking forward on how much Ichigo, Aoi and Ran can progress to even better idols in high school! This anime spurs me on so much, this feeling that I had when I was watching Cardcaptor Sakura many years ago. This feeling is so happy!!

新たな話題：原子力 (New Topic: Nuclear Power)

昨日のクラスで新しい話題を始まった。原子力について、色んな議論があるということだ。びっくりしたのは、フランスで原子力の発電所が一番多くことだ。そんなことが知らなかった。ドイツは日本の原子力の出来事を知って、原子力が危ないと思うので、全部を停止するに決まっているそうだ。世界中に原子力の発電所は５００以上あるなんて、本当に信じられない。でも、それは事実だ。この時代はどうなるかなと心配している。

(Yesterday, we started a new topic. Regarding the nuclear power, there are various arguments. The surprising thing is that France has the most number of nuclear power plants. I didn't know about this. After knowing the nuclear power incident in Japan, as Germany thinks that nuclear power is dangerous, it seems that they had decided to shut down everything. I really can't believe that there are more than 500 nuclear power plants in the entire world. But, it's all facts. I am kinda worried about what the world will become in this time and age.)

So busy... T_T / Sushi Tei / Line Play / Anime & Songs

It had been very busy for me recently, though I really don't know why. Lol. Last public holiday, Labour Day, I went karaoke with 4 friends and we sang from 3pm to 9pm. It's still not enough!!?! Lol. Guess because we all like to sing. 

Recently, I had tried seafood fried rice and cheesecake at Sushi Tei. It's my colleagues last day at this workplace and she had to go back to HQ. She treated me. She's so nice!!~~ The 2 dishes are awesome, especially the cheesecake!!!!! Please try the cheesecake if you ever gone to Sushi Tei. The seafood fried rice is garlic rice if I am not wrong, so it's superb. As for the cheesecake, the outer covering is white chocolate, so it's hard on the outside but soft cheese cake in the inside. Damned delicious!!! T_T

Line Play has been very fun. I especially enjoyed the mini fishing game! They have quite a number of different fishing areas with different kinds of fish. Here's some pictures.

The fishes in the game looks so pretty. And there is an event called "Bingo" going on. Prizes will be given for any bingo combinations.

I caught all the Bingo fishes!! Yay!

 I also had changed my avatar character's clothes and more stuff for my little house. ^_^ Those clothes are so cute!! ^_^v

As for anime, I had just finish watching Kill la Kill. This is the first time I like a side character more than the main character. =D The side character "Mako" is really too cute!!! She loves to eat (Just like me =P) and she has a powerful mind that no one can actually influence.

These 2 phrases really touched my heart. I also wish that I can fulfill all that I want with my own hands, then I will be able to attain True HAPPINESS!!
