あっという間に、一年以上たちましたね。本当にお久しぶりです。お待たせしました、皆さん。本当にすみません。コロナのせいで、旅行ができなくて、元気にならなくなって、何もしたくなかった。コロナの事情は長くて続いて、皆さんも大変でしたね。世界中の敵、コロナはとても恐ろしいですね。皆さん、どうかお元気でね。
(More than a year past with a blind of an eye. It's really been a long time. Thanks for waiting, everyone! Really sorry about the wait. Due to COVID19, unable to travel, I've been not having any motivation to do anything after having not much energy. As the COVID19 prolonged continuation, I guess everyone has their own share of troubles. The world's enemy, COVID19 is really terrifying.)
さっそく、日光の冒険の話を続けたいと思います。
(Without further ado, I would like to continue my story of travelling in Nikko.)
日光は三日の旅ですから、私たちは荷物を次の東京のホテルへのサービズを要約しまた。夫も私もセーターが荷物に入ったままで、日光へ行きました。寒くてたまらなかったから、近くのモールで防寒用の衣服を買いに行くつもりでしたが、日光から一番近いのモールがあるところは宇都宮です。しかも、別の場所へ行くのは一時間おきに一両だけです。
(As it's a three days trip for Nikko, we had reserved the service to put our luggage at the next hotel in Tokyo.) Both me and my husband has left our sweater in the luggage and went to Nikko. As it was extremely cold in Nikko, as we have decided to go the a nearby mall to buy clothes to protect ourselves against the coldness, unfortunately, the nearest mall is in Utsunomiya. Not to mention, there is only one train to other places every hour.
FKDのモールを選んだのはバスが駅とモールを往復しますから。
(We have chosen FDK mall as the mall has bus that goes to-and-fro the mall.)
こんなミスだから、半日がかかりました。でも、買いに行ったことを感謝します。すごく寒かったですから。
(Such a mistake has caused half-day to be taken up. However, we are thankful that we had went to buy it as it is extremely cold.)
日光に戻ったあと、日光で待っていた友達を待合せました。明知平ロープウェイで華厳（けごん）の滝と中禅寺湖を見よう！
(After returning to Nikko, we went to meet up with our friends who were waiting us there. We went to see Kegon Falls and Lake Chuzenji via the Akechidaira Ropeway.)
この「all area」のパスを買ったら、バスで日光のあちこちへ行けます。
(With this "all area" pass, we are able to go here and there in Nikko by bus.)
風景はとてもすごいですね！ロープウェイを降りて、まだ華厳の滝ですが、中禅寺湖の周りです。
(The view was totally amazing! After dropping off the ropeway, although we are still at Kegon falls, it's around Lake Chuzenji.)
